SECURITY OF MEMBER ACCOUNT & PASSWORD

TERMINATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION

hireAsian reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all hireAsian Services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. hireAsian grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to access the Service for your own personal use. Use of the Service beyond the scope of authorized access granted to you by hireAsian immediately terminates said permission or license.

hireAsian may also terminate or suspend your access to hireAsian Service(s) for inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by hireAsian. Upon termination of the hireAsian Service, your right to use the hireAsian Service immediately ceases.
