An International Property Developer based in UAE is on the lookout for an Assistant Project Manager for their ongoing Project in Libya.

Some of the responsibilities are:
• Evaluating the Contractors Programme Of Work
• Attending Kick off Meeting with Contractors, Client and Consultants
• Identifying the scope of works and provisional sum items instruction for Procurements
• Monitoring Consultants response to contractors RFIs.
• Monitoring Document transmittal between concerned parties process management.
• Regular Attendance of site meeting.
• Attending Sub-Consultants Meeting
• Attending meeting with Local Authorities
• Reviewing Material sample boards and mock ups
• Responding to RFIs raised by Consultants
• Reporting the Management about the Project Progress
• Proactive approach and alert to avoid possible factors
affecting the work progress at site
• Regular Inspection of work at site to confirm the construction and EHS standards
