Purpose:
• To initiate, obtain and update costs for all the engineering activities and form as data bank on the cost of projects, maintenance, and engineering studies.
• Moreover, to provide expert Cost Engineering Support for coordinating, Supervising and monitoring for Engineering section’s Annual Operating and Capital Budget, Five Year Business Plan and establishing the criteria for KPI’s.

Background:
• The Cost Engineer is part of the technical Services Department and report to the Engineering & Technical Projects Section Head (HBT/E).

• Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline
• 3 - 5 years experience working in gas- / oil industry
• Affinity with finance and accounting
