A Leading Business Conglomerate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is a manufacturer & marketer of premium chocolate product is recruiting for a factory manager who has the skill & ability to head up the management.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the product line to meet volume & profit objectives.
• Lead in new product development, parameters (Concept, Price & packaging), develop marketing plans & selling tools.
• Manage daily operations including team coordination & sales forecasting.
• Initiate ideas to further develop the business.
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university in Management/Hospitality, an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ideally have experience in all elements of the marketing mix (Product, Positioning, Packaging, Pricing, Promotion & Distribution) in a leading Consumer Packaged Goods Company
