The job of HR Coordinator will have two sides to it:
• The coordination of HR matters related to the Clients project and
• Being part of Worldwideworker Jordan’s core team and helping to grow the business in other areas and with projects for new clients.

The job will include the following tasks:
• Set up and management of a functioning HR system to administer and support the Clients operations as per the contract.
• Coordination of visa’s, salary payments, insurances, training certificates and competency management of seconded personnel during the contract period.
• Ensuring all admin and finance matters related to the Client contract are in good order
• Coordinating and helping further growth of Worldwideworker Jordan in Jordan.
• Coordinating any company related administrative matters time permitting.
• Monthly reporting on status of the project and of WWW Jordan.
• Experience and knowledge of administrative business processes
• Affinity with HR processes
• Minimum BSc / BA degree in Business / Arts / Science
• Excellent computer skills both MS Word and MS Excel
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Flexible, ambitious and willing to grow within the organization
• Good networking and communication skills.
