• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or any related course
• Female, between 20-29 years old
• Knowledge and or exposure in Oracle, JAVA, C# & ASP.NET an advantage.
• Previous call center / IT support experience is preferred but not required
• Preferably highly skilled in the use of PC systems and applications
• Experience in or understanding of the support concepts associated with the following products or services of the company.
• Must have an excellent knowledge with Windows Server and Microsoft Operating System
• With great communication and customer service skills
• Must be keen to details and can work under minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• 1 Full-time position available
