Presently, I have been working as a Secretary in Saudi Binladin Group at Bahra industrial Complex. My prime responsibilities are :

Taking dictations, drafting letters, proofing and editing all correspondences for administrative, export-import related matters, various memo etc, Implementing and overseeing change in administration procedures, coordination, attending telephone calls & fax operations, Scheduling appointments, follow up, Scheduling of meetings and preparing minutes of the meeting, Making hotel reservation, Travel arrangements, request for visa to personnel department for manpower required from abroad, reply all incoming emails, effectively managing vendors and suppliers. Handle documents and important letters, looking after dispatch, Preparation of segments production report, dealings with various company representatives, coordinate with all departmental heads, Engineers, coordinator and supervisors, up-to-date day to day work, handle staff related increment and appointment letters between head office and Industrial complex, assist in writing various official forms, maintaining standard filing system etc.












„« CONSTRUCTION RELATED EXPERIENCE
I am directly involve with the official activities of "Improvement of Jamarat Bridge and surrounding Area in Mina" and writing all kind official letters such as Maintaining the quality of concrete, pouring system, rebar cage adjustment in mould, various problems during casting, fault in duct insertion and couplers placement, bottom blister & slab problems, preparation of daily segment production report and distribute to higher management and consultants, coordinate with engineers and various departmental heads, liaison with subcontractors and suppliers, handling and forwarding papers for Ministry of Interior project for Riyadh Jail works and National institute for Engineering and Technology, handling subcontractors invoices, quotations, sort out emails, important documents and redress accordingly.

As an asst. Rent Controller - Preparation of Sales quotations and villa rental contract, making invoices, payment follow-up, reporting director, taking dictations & complaints, Self-Correspondence, maintain billing systems for 700 villas such as ¡V data feeding, update and Generate weekly/monthly client billing for Video, TV, Water, Electricity and Telephone, preparation of invoices, collect and follow up outstanding, receiving resident's complaints, redress to maintenance department accordingly, reconcile payments with rentals, cashier and accounts department, prepare weekly, monthly and yearly collection and outstanding statement, dealings with residents as well as company representative, Share views in monthly meeting to promote company business, coordinate in various recreational activities, coordinate with all departmental supervisors and managers, Maintenance of filing system etc.

As a Billing In-charge - Handle billing activities for 700 villas such as - update and Prepare Monthly, quarterly and yearly invoices for Video, TV, Water, Electricity and Telephone, collect and follow up outstanding, letter correspondence, receiving resident's complaints, redress to maintenance department accordingly, making Invoices, reconcile payments with rentals and accounts department, prepare weekly, monthly and yearly collection and outstanding statement, dealings with residents as well as company representative, Share views in monthly meeting to promote company business, Writing Sharbatly Gazette, Design and assist in various recreational activities, supervising and preparation of work schedule for departmental staff, coordinate with all departmental supervisors and managers, review outstanding bills, Maintenance of filing system etc.

„« CLERICAL JOB IN BANK
While I was working in JANATA BANK, Bangladesh, my usual works were opening customer Savings and current account, issuance of cheque books, accounts pass book, posting vouchers and cheques manually from account to account, checking and updating wrong transaction, dealings with various customers and solving problems, taking care of L/C mortgage for M/S. United Steel Industries ltd., visit factory on monthly basis to make assessment of assets and preparing monthly mortgage status statement and report to corporate office directly, preparation of M.T., D.D., transfer money from account to account and bank to bank, follow up clearing incoming and outgoing cheques etc.

During my work in SAUDI HOLLANDI BANK, Jeddah, my prime responsibility were to check daily transaction vouchers for Makkah, Medina, Yanbu and Abha branches, find out wrong transaction as well as attachment and forward to the department head for updating, dealing with various L/C customers, reply inquiry, taking telephone dictation from local branches and solve the problems accordingly.

„« COMPUTER ANIMATION, GRAPHICS DESIGN & PUBLICATIONS

Computer animation / slides show ¡V All computer graphical works, designing and slide preparation for Sharbatly Inter TV channel done in Harvard Graphics and Power point. Preparation of weekly TV programs, various advertisement and notice display etc.

Publications: All kind of publication works for Sharbatly Gazette were done in coordination with Community services Manager.
