Program Manager – Senior Level
Join the Bagotrix™ team and be a part of the next generation Contextual Advertising platform. The Bagotrix™ team is responsible for building systems that include massive large scale databases, data engines, ad delivery engines, data mining engines etc. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Manager that is experienced in large scale application development and in managing relationships across a large division to drive the specification, design and development of our Contextual Advertising Products. You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements, write and manage customer-focused usage scenarios, design and specify cross-product features, ensure appropriate Dev and Test plans are developed, validate your designs meet real customer requirements, and manage your features through to delivery. You will also play a leadership role responsible for communicating and coordinating our team’s work with the expectations of other teams in and outside of our division. You will be working with cutting edge technologies, development and research teams, define solutions as well as engage with users and advertisers to maximize their experience.

Responsibilities:
• Drive specification, design and development of the delivery engine components.
• Work closely with various cross-divisional teams.
• Drive project management and work in conjunction with dev, test and business teams.
• Ad Inventory management and optimization.

Requirements:
• Ability to drive functional specifications to completion and a full understanding of the define/build/ship development cycle.
• Must have some development background with at least 5 years of C++/C#/Java development experience in building real-world, enterprise applications and will be expected to own some coding tasks.
• Familiarity with enterprise application integration and large-scale system design. Experience in E-Commerce, Machine Learning or Algorithms and Online Advertising Systems. Must have experience with at least three full commercial product release cycles.
• Familiarity with one or more of Microsoft .NET technologies (such as C#, .NET Framework, CLR, WF, and WCF), other offerings (such as Java, J2EE, WebLogic or WebSphere), and/or knowledge of modeling technology (e.g. BPEL, UML) is required.
• A Computer Science or related degree, plus at least 10 years experience in delivering packaged system software or major enterprise Internet applications
• Demonstrable understanding of the architectural tradeoffs that are made in the software design process and the ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external partners.
• Must have excellent analytical skills including - Statistics, OLAP tools, SQL.
• Good business skills and an ability to engage effectively with business stake holders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to drive cross-group agendas with senior management and individual contributors.

The ideal candidate would have experience leading teams of people either directly or indirectly through virtual teams. The team utilizes a very agile, test driven development methodology so working knowledge of these processes is a huge plus.
