· Company has gone for a expansion programme ,for which I was successful in getting term loan sanctioned up to Rs.250 million

INCOME TAX :
· Company has started a project for the promotion of social welfare , I’ve got approval from Govt. of India ,Ministry of Finance u/s35AC of Income Tax Act ,of 100% tax exemption for the investment up to Rs.80 million & also successful to get this project registered u/s 25 of Company Act .

· I am also responsible for Income Tax , Sales Tax compliances, in addition to that I’ve been also entrusted with overall supervision of Individual IT of employees.

· Overall monitoring of daily & routine accounting , checking of payment & receipt vouchers , journal vouchers , monthly closing of books & profitability reports , then finalization of accounts , also responsible for Internal & Statutory audit done for the company
