Scope: This Project enables to measure the level of effectiveness of the Induction Program carried out for
the new recruits.
Responsibilities:
 To prepare an induction presentation using power point for the new recruits.
 To ascertain whether the new employees faced any difficulties when they entered Britannia and how they overcame their difficulties.
 To analyze the employees’ perception with regard to adequacy of time spent on induction, areas covered and the satisfaction level on the coverage of topics.
 To assess whether the organization enquires about the employees’ expectation with the employer and whether employees’ expectation were met.
Highlights:
• Finding out the satisfaction level about each department in Britannia which inducted the new recruits.
• Selection of the best method and ways in which Induction program has to be carried out.
• Assisted in the recruitment process conducted to recruit Territory Sales In charge(TSIs)
Result Obtained:
The Induction Program was found to be effective in Britannia and suitable suggestions were given to make it more effective.
