Present Status:
December 2007 to present, at Subhasree Biotech, as Trainee Research fellow in Bioinformatics Division.
Responsibilities
· Working on project “Common interaction of three mutated genes, BRCA1, BRCA2 and P53” under Dr. Jaysree Sarker (Principle scientist, Bioinformatics & Biotechnology division, Subhasree Biotech).
· Responsible for student training (Bioinformatics part) for company.
· Writing contents on different topics and software related with Bioinformatics for trainees.

Qualification:
2008, M.Sc in Bioinformatics from Sikkim Manipal University, with 62% of marks.
2002, B.Sc in Botany (Hons.) from Haflong Govt. Collage(Assam University) with 48% of marks.
Other qualification:
2005, M.Sc in Environmental Science from Assam University with 54% of marks.

Project experience:
1. Common interaction of three mutated genes, BRCA1, BRCA2 and P53, may lead to increase Breast Cancer possibilities, at Subhasree Biotech, under Dr. Jaysree Sarker (Principal Scientist) and Atiur Rahman (Research Officer).
2. Revealing new phylogenetic marker gene to study bacterial phylogeny, at Subhasree Biotech under Dr. Jaysree Sarker (Principal Scientist) and Kaushik Chatterjee (Research Officer).
3. Project work on Agricultural enhancement using Azolla as Biofertilizer, at Assam University, under Dr. Jaysree Rout (Lecturer, Environmental Science).
