Project description in brief :
The GENeral Insurance Administration SYStem (Genisys) is an insurance administration system servicing the full range of General Insurance business requirements, including Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance (Proportional and Non-Proportional), Office and Management Support, Reporting and Statistical Analysis. The system is available as a turnkey package solution or as a development framework that allows custom development for clients with additional requirements. The system enables the client to enhance or change the framework functionality by using pure object oriented development. The Application component of Genisys contains the core business functionality provided by the product. The Application Architecture consists of three major parts: Insurance Modules such as Underwriting, Claims, and Reinsurance etc.

As a Module Lead, was responsible for the following:
• Reports module (Actuate) for Gennetic@ Australian Client (LGA).
• Preparing technical designs based on the requirement specification.
• Writing and reviewing SQL's as per ANSI Standard.
• Coding on Forte/UDS, Actuate based on the design document.
• Maintaining Actuate Base Reports Designs and Library.

Project Title : Agricultural Diversification & Intensification Project

Client : ADIP, Govt. Of Bangladesh.
Description : ADIP is a Govt. Of Bangladesh Organization. The Role of this project is to enable the Marginal and Landless households in the Project areas to increase their income and improve their nutrition through poultry and fish enterprises, agro-processing and other income generating activities and homestead gardening . And also to enable the Small farmers to intensify and diversify agricultural production as well as to pursue other rural micro-enterprises. The Goal of the Project is to improve the livelihood of 85,000 farm families half of those would be Marginal and Landless people and half from the Small Farmer families. Now ADIP wishes to change its whole manual system to computerized system. By this system ADIP will monitor the activity of the individual NGO for better performance.

Contribution : I was Team Leader for this Project. I have completed the SRS (System Requirement study), Project Management and designed the database. I was using visual basic as front-end and Access as backend. This software is for the client-server environment. So for that I have designed client side and server side component for the better performance. I have used crystal report to generate the customised reports like monthly, Quarterly, yearly. NGO wise etc. Presently I am handling the Administration module of the project using ADO,COM, ODBC. I have used stored procedure for the Database Management.

Project Title : Payroll System

Client : Softcom Bangladesh Ltd.

Description : Payroll System is a application software that can be able to maintain the employee details along with pay slip. i.e. total Payroll system of the Company. This Component provides the feature of searching and selecting a category of the employee .In the month end the salary will be done automatically. Administrator label security and multi-user environment are the special features for this system.

Contribution : Invovled in generating the database design and programming.

Project Title : HR Automation

Client : for Enem Shipping Company
Description :The objective of the system was to automate all the operations in the operation in the Client’s work place. Also a facility to record and maintain details about the Employee. Before he joins the company is to be provided. Provisions are also to be provided to Generate extensive reports based on various fields like Discipline, College for Campus Recruits and Organization, Number of Years Experience for Lateral recruits. Security can be granted in a manner which 639582*1would allow specific users to have specific windows within the HR Department with different access rights (Read only, Update, Delete, etc.).
Based on the current process involved in HR activities, the modules have been classified into:-
i) Pre recruitment ii) Pre joining iii) Post recruitment iv) Confirmation v) Question Bank

It was proposed to develop the software package in a client/server environment with Visual Basic As front-end and SQL Server as backend. This has been done keeping in view the processing . And the operational requirements of the
package both by multiple users of HR as well as by the management to obtain various analysis reports.

Project Title : Attendance and Leave Monitoring System

Client : Access Telecom

Description :This Project deals with overall Attendance Monitoring of the employees. The salaries are paid as per number of days the employee has attended the office in that month. Each employee is entitled to take leaves as per the company's prescribed schedule, which goes as mentioned below. The employee willing to request for a leave should visit the web site of his Company from where he can obtain a Leave Requisition form. After signing the Leave Requisition Form it should be submitted to the authorities in the Head Office for Verification. The Signing can be done by filling the form and typing the password allotted to the employee. The authorities decision, in either acceptance or refusal of the leave, is final. After the verification the employee is acknowledged from the head office regarding his application. This project classified into
i)Leave structuring & monitoring ii) Attendance Recording iii) Monthly-attendance Report iv) Manual attendance entry v) Holiday Calendar Structuring.

Project Title : Inventory Issue Monitoring System

Description : By this system consumer can place order for the different items which he wants to purchase. After input the item this will automatically checks whether that much quantity is existing in the stock. If yes then this system will calculate the total price and exchange amount. If no the same system can be applicable for the retailer to company . If new stock arrives then after inputting the item and quantity the net item and quantity in hand will calculated automatically. And also generate the receipt accordingly. This is maintaining the invoice numbers for each and every client. By this the retailer can control the Inventory issued by him.
